Marrakech, Morocco - Partie Un

“Would you travel to Africa for work?”

“How does Marrakech sound to you?”

Imagine doing what you love and travel the world because of it.

Well, I am lucky enough
to say that this is what happened to me last May when the guys at CultureLust flew me to Marrakech, Morocco to shoot stills for their
upcoming travel TV show. The CultureLust project
is a multi-medium project that aims to demystify travel and adventure, with a
focus on real people engaging real culture – I was totally hooked!

This initial group of
images shows my first couple of days of the trip and my first impression of Marrakech’s medina.

The medina is a
wall protected “city within a city” filled with maze-like narrow streets and merchants everywhere.
It was, to say the least, a VERY busy market with an abundance of activity
going on all at once. There were lots of people, merchants offering you their products,
small restaurants with greeters at their doors offering you “the best food and
roof patio of the medina”, bicycles and bike riders doing their best not to hit
you in a very crowded street, butchers, fruit stands, stray cats, cobras,
tourists and mint tea… LOTS of tea. It was beautiful chaos … I
felt, strangely, at home.

There is so much I could say about this fantastic and colorful place, but I will let you see what I
saw through my lens and you can tell me what you think. CultureLust’s show is
now in post production and I’m beyond excited to see the results of our hard work and unforgettable adventure.

Stay close, as I will post more images in the next couple of weeks!

Thanks for watching!

Milan Fashion Week 2016 - Gli Ultimi Giorni

Milan Fashion Week came to an end and it was fantastic! Running through the streets of Milan from show to show was exhilarating and it gave me a new perspective on all the amount of work these fashion designers, models and fashionistas put into their jobs. I visited Gabriele Colageno, Dolce & Gabbana, Salvatore Ferragamo and Trussardi fashion shows the last couple of days. These are my favorite images.

Milan Fashion Week 2016 - Terzo Giorno

And the sun came out! It was a gorgeous, sunny and magical day in Milan yesterday, so typically the sunglasses’ game was happening at its finest! Amazingly enough I got to stand face to face with Fashion Icon Giorgio Armani after Armani’s fashion show and got to take a photo of him. It was incredible! Without further ado go check Milan through my lens on Day 3 of Milan Fashion Week!
